Bindery Services

Spiral Binding

Spiral binding is a popular way to bind all of your booklets, calendars and reports. The Print and Production Staff can bind from two to two-hundred pages together in a book. The booklet, calendar or report can be bound on the top, sides or bottom.

Perforation

Central Rivers’ Print and Production Services is able to add perforation to your fundraiser tickets, special forms and activity coupons. Options include the selection of a 55 teeth per inch micro perforation on lighter weight paper and our standard 30 teeth per inch perforation on medium and heavier weight cover stocks. Contact the Cedar Falls Regional Office for pricing and time frames.

Scoring

We can score your documents by putting a crease across the sheet that enables the sheet to be easily folded at a later time, usually after a printed or handwritten message is put on the sheet. Scoring works great for table tops, announcements, invitations and thank-you’s.

Creative Services staff can place a scoring crease on a variety of papers and place it almost anywhere on the sheet.

Numbering

Print and Production services have the capability to number your:

  • Invoices
  • Purchase orders
  • Carbonless forms
  • Envelopes
  • Tickets

Request Your Order

We have a new ordering system! In the past, we accepted orders using two different email addresses, an online form and a previous system known as Digital Store Front. Confused? We were too! Keeping track of orders coming in through so many channels made efficiency a challenge. We have replaced these channels with one form for ordering.

Before you start completing the form, please make sure you have all the information you need to complete your order. This includes your anticipated due date, the number of original documents, number of copies needed, paper choices (including weight and color), how you want the document finished (collated? stapled? laminated?), etc. It may take you a minute or two to complete the form but trust us, the finished product will be worth it!
