Children Birth-3 years
If your child is between the ages of birth to 3 years and may need assistance, you can make a referral or request an evaluation by completing the referral form or by contacting:

Children 3-5 years
Contact your nearest Central Rivers AEA office. The local AEA team will be in contact with you to discuss your concerns.
Students 5-21 years
The Child Find process is different for students who are of school age. A parent may request an evaluation by contacting an administrator at the student’s school.
