The AT Challenge is back!

AT stands for Assistive Technology and students are challenged to design a product (device, app, software) utilizing technology that would assist a student with a physical disability.

Presentations will occur via Zoom on April 14th/15th, 2021. Students will have 5 minutes to present followed by a Question and Answer session with the judges. Students may record a portion of their presentation ahead of time. There will be an award presentation at the end of the presentations.

Register students using this form by April 1st.

Students  will present virtually to a panel of judges:

  • The purpose of the product and justification (explain how it meets the need).
  • A model or prototype.
  • The development process (emphasizing the engineering process).
  • The challenges you had when designing, and how you overcame them.
  • How you made and/or programmed the product.
