INspired Leadership training for administrators & certified professional coaching available this summer!

As a school administrator, you instinctively know that you are an influential part of the organizational culture of a building and/or a district and that each of your interactions either helps or hurts that culture. By being more conscious of your thoughts, feelings and actions (your “energetic presentation”), you are more likely to contribute positively to the culture and inspire others to do so as well.

Through the inspired leadership workshop for administrators and certified professional coaching, school leaders will learn the knowledge and skills needed to heighten awareness of their internal energy levels to meet their leadership goals! The registration fee includes two full days of in-person learning, the ELI assessment cost and 10 individual coaching sessions with a certified professional coach! • Class dates: June 21 & June 22, 9 am – 3 pm | Individual coaching sessions (10, one-hour sessions) | Nine Wednesdays, 4 – 5 pm.
