Fierce Conversations course available for Evaluator Approval credit

What gets talked about in a school and how it gets talked about determines what will or won’t happen.  Consequently, the work begins by establishing a foundation for these conversations. By participating and becoming trained in Fierce Conversations participants will focus on four conversation models that become workhorses for individuals and schools: Team Conversations, Coaching Conversations, Delegation Conversation, and Confrontation Conversation.  With the focus on these four conversations, participants will be supported in their implementation through a professional learning community that will provide coaching and feedback. This course will begin on June 7 2022  from 9:00-3:30 in the Cedar Falls location. Please register through Central Rivers AEA’s professional development registration system.
