In December, the Personalized, Competency-based CTE Cross-state Collaborative had its kickoff meeting. There were over 100 attendees at the event, with 170 educators interested in this opportunity across Iowa and Michigan.

The purpose of the kickoff event was to:

• Provide information about the upcoming collaboration.
• To share a glimpse of what districts and states are doing in this space.
