Media van route holiday schedule and winter procedures reminder
‘Tis the season for winter weather!
As we continue to ease into the winter months, we wanted to remind our educators and staff that if your route needs to be canceled due to weather, we will make every attempt to deliver your items the next day, which will, in turn, push the following routes ahead a day as well. Also, when these changes happen, Kristine Kienzle, the delivery service supervisor will reach out to the secretary or teacher-librarian at each building. If you would like to be included in the email for your building, please email Kristine saying so and she will be sure to get you included. If items are delayed getting to their designated delivery location, our great media staff will also try to extend your reservation to allow adequate time with materials.
