Central Rivers AEA Teacher Leadership and Compensation Advisory Team hosting second TLC networking session

The Central Rivers AEA Teacher and Leadership Compensation Advisory Team will be hosting their second TLC networking session of the 2021-22 school year on Dec. 7, 2021. These sessions will discuss how to:

  • Prepare teacher leaders through role definition.
  • Learn about personal goal-setting and reflective practices.
  • Provide a unique opportunity to explore collaborative processes, instructional frameworks, protocols, adult learning theory and instructional strategies.
  • Build intentional capacity in teachers and teacher leaders involved in these collaborative processes.
