Media van delivery structure for the 2021-22 school year
Did you know that your building gets a weekly van delivery right to your door?
We’re so excited to be back and running at your school for another year, here are some frequently asked questions regarding CRAEA van routes.
- When is my school’s route?
- To find out when you can expect your weekly delivery, check out our page, Delivery Structure & School Calendars
- Where is my building’s drop-off/return area?
- Your teacher-librarian or administrative assistant can point you in the right direction as this varies by building
- This is the correct location to pick up and return items to be sure that our driver can locate them
- When can I get my materials?
- Deliveries are made to each building weekly
- Our routes run throughout the school year (except holidays) and even throughout the summer!
- Please be sure to order your items ahead of time to ensure ample prep-time to get them ready for delivery
- What if I need something quicker than waiting a week?
- You can pick up materials at either of our 3 office locations as well (Clear Lake, Cedar Falls, & Marshalltown)
