Computer Science updates

Beginning July 1, 2022, some key requirements of House File 2629 will go into effect. Those requirements include:

• The development and implementation of a K-12 Computer Science plan.
• The development and implementation of a one-half unit of computer science at the high school level.

The DE recently released two funding opportunities to help districts meet these requirements.

The CRAEA Computer Science Updates is a good resource to keep handy. This document will be routinely updated with new information and AEA support offered throughout the year.
