Personalized learning modules available
To address unfinished learning and close learning gaps, we are all looking for high-leverage strategies. Supporting students in their development of self-efficacy has an effect size of .92 according to John Hattie’s influences on learning achievement. That’s more than two years worth of growth! Self-efficacy is a central component of personalized, learner-centered environments. These environments can start to emerge with some small adjustments to instructional design.
Central Rivers AEA has three modules that address common starting points in the move to a more personalized learning environment. They can be delivered in a variety of formats from an online course (each taking an average of six hours), flipped/blended learning with some face-to-face and some asynchronous learning, or adjusted for smaller pieces of on-demand content. We are excited to support you in these starting points, see the description below to help determine which module(s) might be the right fit for you and your staff.
