Central Rivers AEA summer information
Summer Hours for Central Rivers AEA will begin Monday, June 10th and end Friday, August 9th. Office hours will be 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM during this period.
Last Route Stops for Media Vans – The last AEA Media Van stops will vary due to the differences in the end of year school calendar dates for districts. Information regarding our last stops will be sent to schools in early May.
Summer Media Van Delivery Schedules will begin the week of June 10th and continue through August 7th. AEA Media Services vans will be running routes every other week on either Tuesday or Wednesday with stops at district superintendent offices only.
These are the weeks that we WILL be making our summer stops ONLY at district offices:
- Week of June 10
- Week of June 24
- Week of July 8
- Week of July 22
- Week of August 5
2019-2020 School Year – Regular routes to all schools will resume the week of August 12th. Again, due to the variations in school calendars, stops at individual buildings/districts will be dependent on school in-service and start dates.
Media Van Routes for 2019-2020
Each school building will receive a calendar listing for delivery dates for your building before school begins in the fall. GetMedia Web Catalog opening
The GetMedia Web catalog will open on Monday, May 6th for summer and all 2019-2020 school year reservations.
