School initiative connections to AIW
This document was put together by the Central Rivers AEA AIW (Authentic Intellectual Work) team to help identify connections between our work and the various content areas and district and agency initiatives. The AIW team consists of Jeff Struck, Mandie Sanderman, Michelle Cowell, Kirstey Ewald, Bill Soesbe, and Tracy Thomsen.
We envision regional administrators, school improvement consultants, school administrators, and teacher leaders using this document to assist in making connections to the AIW framework. These connections can assist schools, those currently involved with AIW and those who are not, in seeing how the AIW instructional framework might support the work of teaching and learning as well as other district initiatives.
