BookFLIX has a new look for 2018-19

If you have been using the Iowa AEA Online resource BookFLIX you have noticed the new look for this school year.

In addition to the new login screen, the Explore the world of reading main page has been redesigned to show all of the available pairing groups in a grid format with a ‘featured pair’ appearing in the upper left side.

BookFLIX continues to make that important link between fiction and nonfiction titles with thematic pairs to support learning-to-read and reading-to-learn.

In the continued efforts to build early literacy skills, after reading the fiction/nonfiction pairs, learners can test their knowledge with the Puzzlers activities that support critical comprehension, vocabulary and other early literacy skills.

BookFLIX is a part of the Iowa AEA Online suite of resources and can be accessed by going to our AEA GetMedia page and clicking on the link to Iowa AEA Online, then use your individual Iowa AEA online building username and password to login.
