Manny Scott books available through Central Rivers AEA Media Services

An original Freedom Writer whose story is told in part in the 2007 hit movie, Freedom Writers, Manny Scott has energized almost two million leaders, educators, volunteers, and students worldwide with his authentic, inspiring messages of hope.  Manny spoke to a large crowd at Central Rivers AEA on October 4th.    Manny also presented at the Waterloo CSD during his time here.

He is the author of four books: Even on Your Worst Day You Can Be a Student’s Best Hope, a book published with ASCD that shows what can an individual teacher do to help traumatized children believe in themselves, succeed in school, and graduate prepared for work and life; Your Next Chapter, a book that shows people, step-by-step, how to create the life of their dreams; How to R.E.A.C.H. Youth Today, a book that shares his unique approach to helping others; and, Speak!, a book that teaches others how to make a difference and a living as a professional speaker.
